• Kick-ins replace throw-ins to inbound balls that go out of bounds
  
• Field size is 25 to 35 x 15 to 25 yards
• Goal size is 3 feet x 4 feet

8U - Coed

• 5 v 5 (no goalkeeper)
• Size 3 Ball
  
• Length of half: 20 minutes; one substitution break per half
• Offside rule is not in effect
• Goalkeepers are not allowed
• Heading the ball is not allowed
• Field size is 25 to 35 x 15 to 25 yards
• Goal size is 4 feet x 6 feet

10U - Boys/Girls

• 7 v 7 (includes goalkeeper)
• Size 4 Ball
• Length of half: 25 minutes; one substitution break per half
  
• Offside rule is in effect from the buildout line (rather than the half line)
• Heading the ball is not allowed
• Keepers may not punt the ball, but may wait to distribute the ball until all opponents retreat behind the buildout line
• Field size is 60 to 65 x 35 to 45 yards
• Goal size is 6.5 feet x 18 feet

12U - Boys/Girls

• 9 v 9 (includes goalkeeper)
• Size 4 Ball
• Length of half: 30 minutes; one substitution break per half
  
• Offside rule is in effect
• Heading the ball is not allowed
• Field size is 70 to 80 x 45 to 55 yards
• Goal size is 6.5 feet x 18 feet

14U - Boys/Girls

• 11 v 11 (includes goalkeeper)
• Size 5 Ball
• Length of half: 35 minutes; one substitution break per half
• Field size is 100 to 130 x 50 to 100 yards
• Goal size is 8 feet x 24 feet

19U - Coed

• 11 v 11 (includes goalkeeper)
• Size 5 Ball
• Length of half: 40 minutes; players be substituted with permission from referee on own throw-ins and on any goal kick or kick-off
• Field size is 100 to 130 x 50 to 100 yards. (Typically 120 x70)
• Goal size is 8 feet x 24 feet.
